Though Bachelor in Paradise contestant Sam Jeffries may have not left Paradise with a ring, she most definitely left with a baby — more specifically, a “poop baby.”

On Thursday’s episode of The Bachelor spin-off, Jeffries, 27, revealed that she would be leaving the beach at the behest of medical experts after finding herself unable to take a dump for nine consecutive days.

“He actually thinks that I should go home, so I will be leaving Paradise,” the occupational therapist told her fellow castmates — including her connection Aaron Schwartzman — of her discussion with the medic.

This — painfully — forced departure from the beach comes after Schwartzman attempted to get things moving, treating his crush to a “poo poo platter” complete with several theoretically s—t inducing snacks, including coffee, olive oil, and Mexican food during what would be their final date.

“It’s not your poop baby, it's our poop baby,” he reassured her.

These efforts were ultimately in vain. Even as Jesse Palmer later revealed that Jeffries was still unable to take a crap hours after her departure, one thing is certain: Jeffries’ bowels may not have been as open as her heart, but she definitely gave a s—t … even if she didn't take one.
