A University of Kentucky student was arrested after assaulting and harassing another student with racist slurs in a dorm at four in the morning over the weekend.

Police were called after 22-year-old Sophia Rosing entered the dorm visibly intoxicated, and found herself in an altercation with a student desk clerk named Kylah Spring. After entering the building and struggling with the elevator, Spring tried to offer assistance, which set off Rosing.

Spring held her cool throughout the engagement, despite the fact that Rosing was physically and verbally assaulting her with racially fueled hate, laughing and saying that she “does not get paid enough for this.” Once the police arrived, Rosing was handcuffed and taken away, receiving an “assaulting an officer” charge while resisting arrest. After initially being logged as Jane Doe, her identity was eventually uncovered. The University has commented that they are not revealing any consequences while the situation is still under review.

While unconfirmed, it is speculated that this video from 2021 is of the same girl, and it checks out that she would be the insufferable narcissistic spoiled brat seen here.

Even the apology posted to her social media is appallingly inadequate.

Ultimately, nothing short of expulsion and some serious rehabilitation should face Sophia Rosling, and it is appalling that incidents like these often find their privileged perpetrators escaping consequences. It remains to be seen what will happen here, but seeing as she’s rich as hell, we're not holding out hope for justice.
