Dragon Ball FighterZ is the latest Dragon Ball Z game to hit store shelves. It's quickly taken gaming by storm, and with a large character roster there's a little something for everyone who enjoys the franchise.

In-fact, Dragon Ball FighterZ features more than two dozen characters, most of which are unlocked from the start. However, there are a few that must be unlocked before playing.

Outside of these default piicks, there are a total of three unlockable characters in Dragon Ball FighterZ. You can make them available via the following methods:

Android 21 Maijin - Complete Story mode for your first time.

Super Saiyan Goku - There are three ways to unlock this character. Either purchase the Day One Edition of the game, get 500k Zeni, or achieve an A-rank on Arcade Mode's "Hyperbolic Time Chamber Course" Hard difficulty.

Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta - There are three ways to unlock this character. Either purchase the Day One Edition of the game, get 300k Zeni, or achieve an A-rank on Arcade Mode's "Gravity Spaceship Course" Hard difficulty.
