Malcolm MacDonald

After suffering from a blood infection, Malcolm MacDonald's penis just fell off. This took him by surprise, but doctors assured him they could regrow his appendage, but only on his forearm. After six years of growing a new penis, doctors have reattached it to the appropriate spot, and MacDonald, 47, said, “I feel like a real man again.”

MacDonald, who is a mechanic living in Norfolk, England, was petrified when his penis "fell right off" after an infection in his perineum back in 2010. Using two skin flaps on his left arm, doctors were able to surgically create a new penis. They planned an operation to move the new member to the appropriate spot, however, due to complications with MacDonald's blood they had to postpone the surgery.

Six years went by without an appointment, apparently chocked up to scheduling mix-ups, staff shortages, and the COVID-19 pandemic. So MacDonald walked around with a penis dangling from his arm and said he eventually got used to it.

He said in an interview, “People ask me about it when they see me in the pub, and of course people make jokes, but I get it. It’s not every day you see a man with a penis on his arm. Of course, I see the funny side. I have to. I don’t have any other option.”

MacDonald recounts a time when he helped a woman grab something from a tall shelf in the supermarket and the penis flopped out of his shirt sleeve and nearly slapped the woman in the face. The woman was polite about it, saying, "it's something to tell the grandchildren," however, it's hard not to think that this might be some form of public indecency.

MacDonald was able to regain his manhood earlier this year after doctors performed the surgery successfully to reattach the prosthetic penis. He was even able to give them specific specifications and the doctors complied fully, giving him an extra two inches than he had previously.

Doctors were able to take nerves and blood vessels from his arm and established blood supply to his new appendage. His prosthetic even has two tubes he can use to inflate his penis into an erection.

MacDonald was relieved after the surgery, saying, “My luck in life hasn’t been too good so far, but it can only go bad for so long, can’t it? Can you imagine six years of your life with a penis swinging on your arm? It’s been a nightmare, but it’s gone now.”

Anyone would be thankful to finally get a fake penis removed from a place it doesn't belong. It's strange he didn't make a more urgent attempt to get his penis in the right spot sooner. It's been TEN YEARS man!!!
