We can all thank House Representative Katie Porter for her persistence, excellent question asking, and busting out a whiteboard to do the math and prove that free coronavirus testing for those who need it should happen and can happen.

I did the math: a full battery of coronavirus testing costs at minimum $1,331.

I also did the legal research: the Administration has the authority to make testing free for every American TODAY.
