Pokemon fans get excited, because there are brand new Pokemon coming in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. 

Let's take a look at the new starting partners, Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble. 

Meet Grookey. A Chimp Pokémon with a Grassheight of 1' and a weight of 11 lbs. Grookey's ability is Overgrow and holds a stick that's from the forest where Grookey's live, and holds powers when exposed to the energy from Grookey's body. It's fur generates that energy from sunlight. Grookey has the ability to make flower and leaves regain their color by drumming with his stick. 

Meet Scorbunny. A Rabbit Pokémon with a height of 1' and a weight of 9.9 lbs. Grookey's ability is Blaze and has powerful legs that it uses to bewilder its opponents. Because of Scorbunny's speed it's feet often become extremely hot which allows it to burn opponents when it kicks them. Scorbunny also has fire energy contained in its chest which is activated by running around. 

Meet Sobble. A Water Lizard Pokémon with a 1' and a weight of 8.8 lbs. Sobble's ability is Torrent and when Sobble touches water it can change it's body to chameleon into its surroundings. A shy and nervous Pokémon, Sobble can release its own water to help it hide when it's in trouble or scared. It also has the ability to cry and will drench the surrounding area in tears that will cause others around it to start crying. This is largely a defense ability, allowing Sobble to flee.
