The WWE 2K series isn't the best WWE game in the franchise. However, while the older 2K games were disliked for copy-pasting and not being new enough, 2K carved its name in the stone for being the worst in the series due to the glitches. WWE 2K is an example of a bad game developed on a tight deadline. The game uses most of its code from 2K19 and somehow misses the mark, and that's because the old dev team wasn't part of this game's production. 2K did its best to give players tons of creative DLCs to make up because it's the same game, but that too resulted in more opportunities for glitches. Flying objects, clipping wrestlers, elastic mesh, lighting, performance, you name it, WWE 2K20 got it all.

Saints Row 2 is a great game. Released right after Grand Theft Auto 4, which caused it to lose some of its shine, it was still a worthwhile play for the time and still is. Sadly, the game has horrible frame pacing issues, which causes it to run too glitchy. At times it may run like it's in a fast forward mode, and in others, it may not run at all.

Talking about ambitious games, No Man's Sky was meant to be the biggest game title ever released. Heavy emphasis on "meant." The endless nature and exploration was the reason most people were intrigued by the game. Sadly, the game was hollow as a shell when it was launched and had too many glitches to count. The developers bit off more than they could chew, which resulted in an epic failure by devs, followed by hate from game's fans. Luckily, the game is in a much better state right now and is certainly a worth play title.

Generating and developing new technology can be tricky. Knowing the Style of Kojima, the previously titled Metal Gear Solid Rising was meant to be a title that let players cut in-game objects when they want and how they want. Evidently, this tech was a bit too much on the current-gen hardware of that time, which has caused the game to drop a lot of its dynamic features. However, even after that, Metal Gear Rising Revengeance was riddled with glitches such as object clipping and characters not moving.

Skyrim, Fallout, and Dishonored are hugely popular titles that players love. However, that doesn't mean they don't have any glitches. Most Bethesda games are so big, which means it's hard to quality check each and every scenario. This is why these games end up with countless save game issues that leave the players unable to complete the game if they don't have a backup. Moreover, most Bethesda games are filled with hilarious glitches like NPCs reacting weirdly or disappearing, which may be amusing to some, but totally ruin the experience for others.

Almost everyone knows this one. Grand Theft Auto 4 was the most poorly running game of its time. The game will still cause frame drops on modern-day PCs. The game is CPU intensive, to say the least, and uses many complicated features. It was the first entry of GTA in the HD universe, and like every other ambitious first-time game, it had a lot of problems, including glitches such as shadow flickering, traffic issues, and many other wild glitches

This is an example of a game that was ruined by the sheer intention of making it more user-friendly. Crysis 1 is still used as a benchmark for PC, which explains how well it was built for the time. The second part, though, tried to be a bit more like shooters of that time. It took everything that made Crysis great and threw it out of the park. On top, it was leaked before the launch and had crippling glitches. Some of them were soldiers' bodies moving after they've died, while others were more critical ones like clipping, which killed the game's feel.

It's not easy to get the title of the worst game ever made, but Big Rigs might have earned it. (Looking at you Cyberpunk) That is because the entire game is a giant glitch. Everything from no clipping through trees, endless speed while reversing, and AI being super dumb makes this game completely unplayable for most. This is a kind of game that would make everyone question, how was this even released?

Dice played it safe until Battlefield Bad Company 2 when they really amped up their game. The game became a stepping stone to the classic Battlefield 3, which was a better experience in many ways. However, creating a game of this scale when most popular shooters had tiny maps proved tricky. This is why the game launched a beta before its final version, to fix every possible glitch. Sadly, even that couldn't give enough time to the developers to shape the game up. At launch, Battlefield 3 was full of glitches that rendered it unplayable for many. Thankfully it gave up moments like this one.

When Assassin's Creed Unity was first revealed, the hype was over the room. After all, it was the first next-gen AC experience since Black Flag and was more or less Assassin's Creed III on steroids. But with the breathtaking visuals, and animation it seems like Ubisoft bit off more than they could chew. The hyped-up game fell flat on the ground when it was launched with countless glitches. The game was nearly unplayable on PC, making it one of the worst Ubisoft launches ever. On top of that, that scary skull and eyes were popping out of head glitch that is still used as a meme to date.
