Continuing our “sexy and scary” theme is the Chaos Witch Queelaag from Dark Souls. From the torso up, she is a very naked woman who tempts and captivates players. The rest of her is an absolutely repulsive spider monster.

Deborah Harper

In classic Resident Evil games, the zombies and other monsters were meant to be repulsive.

But in Resident Evil 6 we get a twist: sexy supporting character Deborah Harper gets mutated into a dangerous tentacle monster. The fact that she’s completely naked as a monster earns her a place on this list.

Even in the lethal world of Mortal Kombat, Mileena (Shao Kahn’s evil clone of Kitana) stands out as a villain.

It’s always a surprise when she removes her mask to reveal a deformed and monstrous face. And despite the ugly mug, game designers have put her in increasingly skimpier clothing as the series progressed.

The Dark Queen from the original Battleotads game was always hilariously out of place. In a game filled with talking toads, pigs, and birds, she was a human dominatrix hellbent on galactic domination.
