There are plenty of folks who parade around acting as if the world revolves around them, and those people are quite annoying (especially if you work in the service industry). But it may be fairly amusing when someone overreaches their entitlement to their own detriment or when pickpockets pay more in taxes as a result of their rudeness.

It is really not a hard concept to grasp if we are being honest with ourselves. The cashier, cook, waitress or waiter, bartender, etc are all there working, there are things that are out of their control, and acting like a petulant child is not the way to get what you want or improve your overall experience.
