1. CHAOS QUEEN QUELAAG - Dark Souls
Okay, so a half-woman, half-spider may not be the sexiest villainess in gaming history, but hey, look at that top half! Quelaag is one of the Witch of Izalith's daughters, and works tirelessly to protect her sister, who lies in an endless sleep. Whatever her intentions, the player must face and defeat her if he is to succeed in his noble quest.
2. LADY MALICIA - King's Quest VII: The Princeless Bride
Now this is a real throw-back to the time of PC-based graphic adventures, so if you remember this one, bravo! The primary antagonist of the game, Lady Malicia is a wicked enchantress who was banished from her homeland after failing to overthrow her own sister. This made her none-too-happy, so she decided to take over the world. Needless to say, Malicia goes toe-to-toe with the game's heroines, Rosella and Valanice, and is defeated. Malicia may not have been blessed with the high definition 3D beauty of the other entries on this list, but she was quite the looker for her time.
3. QUEEN CLEOPATRA - Dante's Inferno
In the center of the second circle of Hell, also known as Lust, lies the Carnal Tower. There, Cleopatra rules, as per her pact with Lucifer. During Dante's Inferno, our titular hero must make his way through the storm of tormented sex-starved souls, and defeat both the Queen of Lust and her lover, Marc Antony. No, not the singer, Marc Anthony. Some other dude.
4. JEANNE- Bayonetta Series
It is arguable as to whether Jeanne belongs on this list, as she is something of a friend to Bayonetta, and has even saved her life. However, Jeanne also considers Bayonetta to be her rival, as she is unaccepting of the possibility of Bayonetta being a more powerful witch than herself. And so, Jeanne has challenged her to many deadly duels during the series. She was also under nonconsensual mind control at one point, making her even more malicious and dangerous at the time. These traits, combined with her comely appearance, are enough to place her here.
5. EDEA KRAMER - Final Fantasy VIII
While Edea herself is a kind and gentle spirit, she, unfortunately, becomes possessed by the sorceress Ultimicea, who is anything but. Despite her alter-ego's viciousness and lust for power, Edea is a temporarily playable character during the game. However, Ultimicea's true nature results in her also becoming a boss villain that must be overcome twice in the story. Edea is an attractive woman, and although she looks good in her natural, conservative wear, it's Ultimicea's fashion sense that really draws the player's eye.
6. NURSE - Silent Hill Series
Okay, you may not want to bring this one home to Mama (or even keep the lights on in her presence), but there's no denying that the mannequin-like Silent Hill nurses are well designed. The monsters of the SH series often reflect the fears and mental states of the protagonists. In this case, the nurses are theorized to mirror the sexual frustrations and perversions of their prey.
7. HARLEY QUINN - Batman Arkham Series
If you don't know who Harley Quinn is, you've probably been living in the Arctic for the last decade, trying to save the polar bears. If so, good on ya! Harley started out as a sidekick/pseudo-girlfriend to the Joker but has seemingly surpassed him in popularity due to her playful-but-deadly attitude, iconic voice, and ever-increasing hotness levels. The Arkham series' 3D character build of Harley took full advantage of all of these traits and gave us a psychotic murderous and temptress in one.
8. MILEENA - Mortal Kombat Series
A genetic experiment by Shang Tsung gone wrong (right?), Mileena is a deadly assassin wielding dual sais and one hell of a tongue. Her monstrous nature often casts her as an antagonist in the MK series, and sometimes even as a boss character. I hate to use shaming insults like 'double bagger,' but while she has a smoking body, you may want to avoid making out with this one.
9. DESIRE DEMON - Dragon Age
While there are many types of demons beyond the veil of Dragon Age, few have the... accoutrements to easily tempt mortals into allowing possession. Desire demons are highly intelligent, manipulative, and capable of all sorts of trickery and deceit. And if you can look past the horns and claws, they're pretty easy on the eyes as well.
10. POISON IVY - Batman Arkham Series
There's not much need to explain the dark nature of this organic beauty. Poison Ivy has been an enemy of the Dark Knight since her first appearance in the comics in 1966. And the Arkham series has taken full advantage of her daunting plant-based power set, as well as her nature-based beauty.
11. TANYA - Mortal Kombat Series
Descended from the Gods themselves, Tanya makes for a powerful adversary in the Mortal Kombat series. And while she's not quite as popular as Mileena, she is a bit more traditionally attractive than her oftentimes ally. Tanya cemented her status as a villain when she betrayed her fellow Edenians by allowing enemy armies of the Netherrealm to invade her homeland. She has since played the role of the antagonist in many of the following Mortal Kombat games.
12. LADY DIMITRESCU - Resident Evil Village
Not much is known about the big bad of the upcoming eighth entry in the Resident Evil series, but the Internet certainly has embraced her with open arms. She's powerful, she's beautiful (in a morbid Morticia Addams sort of way), and she's intimidating, towering above protagonist Ethan at a healthy 9'6". Oh, and she's also a vampire. The gaming community seems excited to see what else we learn about her, once the game is released on May 7, 2021.
13. EXCELLA GIONNE - Resident Evil 5
Hardly the most popular entry in the Resident Evil franchise, RE5 did provide us with a strong (and sexy) female villain by the name of Excella Gionne. Head of the Africa-based biotech company, Tricell, Inc., Excella did what most RE antagonists do, and produced a bunch of virus-afflicted bioweapons. I mean, why not, right? Unfortunately, we probably won't be laying eyes on Excella again, as she was dosed with Uroburos by RE uber-villain Wesker, which killed her and turned her into a giant, disgusting monster.
14. IVY - Soulcalibur
IIIsabella Valentine, more commonly known as Ivy, is the hottest and meanest of the women in the Soulcalibur series. She wields the evil Soul Edge sword, which consumes the souls of those it strikes down. And while her main goal is to sever her ties to the sword by procuring Soul Caliber, the means by which she pursues this goal cannot be forgiven. But her choice in wardrobe certainly can.
15. HARLEY QUINN (AGAIN)Batman: The Enemy Within
Yes, I know, we've already had Harley Quinn on this list. But this is the Harley Quinn envisioned in the Telltale game, Batman: The Enemy Within. She's got a sexier, more punk-as-opposed-to-crazy look, and in this game, she's giving the orders to Joker instead of the other way around. The switched dom-sub dynamic takes Harley's appeal to a whole new level.
