Oftentimes what is true might not always sound like it is. Like how more people are crushed each year by vending machines than are eaten by sharks. Or how British elites once ate the corpses of mummies because they thought they contained "healing properties."
There are some wild things that have happened in history, but some are just not believable. We went to r/AskReddit and found some facts that are unimaginable but are in fact true.
