For all our own issues that our hot mess of a country has to deal with, there remains plenty of things to love and cherish about the United States of America. Droves of immigrants may not have found the streets of paved gold they were looking for, but many of them found something worth staying for. And, surprisingly, it's more about the little things than anything else.

"America has amazing landscapes! And to Europeans, even places Americans would typically characterize as boring can be interesting. We’ve seen so much of America in movies that even a drive through Kansas feels like weird déjà vu. ‘Wow, it actually IS like that.’"
