The most important part of a restaurant is the quality of the food. That makes sense. However, a close second is the atmosphere, mood, and presentation. Sometimes restaurants go through a great deal of trouble to ensure that at all costs their desired experience and theme is not broken. Quite often they pull it off perfectly, but in these cases it might have been better if they just never tried at all, because they failed miserably.
