WTF is going on over there?

Florida truly is a world unto itself. Some people theorize that the reason we see so many weird headlines from Florida and nowhere else is that Florida laws allow arrest records to be public which lets people find the weirdest possible headlines more easily. I personally think there's just something in the water.
