If your interests are exactly the same and you feel like "wow I finally found someone who likes the same things, we have so much in common, I can't believe it, Bla bla" Then they're 100% faking their personality. Many toxic people are good at reading others and will come to you and tell you they love the things they think you love, tell you they have the same hobbies as you, even fake interest in your beliefs, etc. It almost feels too good to be true.
