If you've been living under a rock and don't know who Baby Yoda is, he's a cute, 50 year old green creature who may or may not be Yoda's lovechild. He has also become a symbol for everything good in the world.

Until Baby Yoda came onto the scene, cats were generally regarded as the cutest things on the internet. So when someone realized their cat looks exactly like Baby Yoda, it made perfect sense. Cats are cute, Baby Yoda is cute.

The cat's name is Parmesan, and it doesn't really look Baby Yoda except in the previous well-timed photo. But that's OK, because anything that resembles Baby Yoda, even for a moment, is in the good books for us. Long live anything small and cute.
