In addition to the family-friendly bugs and glitches, the Cyberpunk 2077 developers left in a fun one for just us grown-ups that makes your character's penis and/or boobs poke out of their clothes.

It's unclear what causes the bug, and it doesn't seem to make a difference if you choose a teeny weenie or a sloppy teraflop. Some people are just getting lucky.
