We all have people in our lives who seem to love to do nothing more than whine and complain about things. Sure, there are certainly some legitimate problems or situations that people go through, but a lot of times the things people whine about are either well within their control, or a result of their own actions.

Shoplifting is so bad in Portland with all of the junkies running around that Walmart is closing all of its stores in the Portland area. A couple hundred people have lost their jobs, and people living in Portland can't buy inexpensive food anymore.
