He didn’t achieve internet fame out of nowhere. With an incredible chest size of 55 inches, he is quite the picture.

Jens runs his own bodybuilding company State of Mind – Fitness and Bodybuilding.

However, it was a rocky road that led to his success. When he was ten, his mom got diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

She passed away 14 years later. Heart-broken and confused, Jens got involved with local gang members and went to prison only a few months later.

That is where his transformation began. He felt as if he got a second chance at life, receiving behavioral and psychological treatment.

“The therapy changed my life and the way that I thought. It made me want to help others to become stronger, fitter and more balanced versions of themselves.” After his release, he became obsessed with becoming the best version of himself.

Jens and his gorgeous girlfriend Frederikke don’t only run online coaching sessions but are also developing their own supplement line.

However, there’s a price to pay for great success: “The great amounts of food, the training followed by injuries, getting heavier, the everyday back ache, not to mention all the hours of pain spent in the tattooist’s chair – it’s demanding. But this is my passion in life.”
