Hell hath no fury like a woman scorn. And for Hayley Westoby, a 25-year-old woman from Australia, it was not different. Ms. Westoby was shamed by an ex, which caused her to get into serious shape.

Westoby was quoted in saying, "We were arguing about something silly, when at the end he told me to ‘lose some weight.’Deep down I knew he wasn’t being nasty. It was a slip of the tongue that had revealed he had genuine concerns about my size."

Westoby cut out all drinking and junk food and hit the gym with a high intensity exercise mixing cardio with weight training. Also, switching to a high protein diet.

She set a goal weight lose of 20lb. Met it and doubled it until she had lost 120lb.. now up to 140lb. lost.

She has become an inspiration to women around the country and also people who are bullied about their size.
