This tendency is amplified if it has anything to do with social media — spend long enough with an internet-addled Boomer, and they’ll talk your ear off about how they’re shadowbanned, or how kids these days refuse to like and share Shrimp Jesus. If you tell them you’re sick of hearing about this nonsense, they won’t stop; in fact, as this video shows, they’ll just take their complaints straight to city hall.
