Chef Demonstrates Proper Technique to Saber a Champagne Bottle

'Sabering' a bottle of champagne basically means using a knife or sword (traditionally a saber, hence the name) to cleanly break off the top of the bottle.

It's a technique many of us have seen on TV or movies and while it doesn't make the champagne better, it definitely looks cool as all hell.
