When a News Van pulled up to a demolished liquor store in North Texas, the News team caught a Dallas Police officer on camera with his arms full of liquor bottles. After seeing the van, the officer put them on the ground. It's still uncertain if he was taking the liquor for himself, or he was chasing off looters.
