90's Movies were a strange combination of over-the-top action, sub-par acting, and budget special effects.  Samurai Cop (which is NO exception to the rule) is the worst movie ever made and the best movie ever made. Everything about it is so terrible, that it is incredible. The movie Samurai Cop is so good at being so bad.
