Police Abandon Woman in Squad Car to Be Obliterated by Train

A woman is now recovering after somehow surviving an 'accident' in which cops left her handcuffed in a police car and a train then ran into it.

Allegedly the suspect, Yareni Rios-Gonzalez, was pulled over near Denver in regards to a road rage incident involving a gun. Once she was detained, an officer put her in the back of his squad car. The car was parked directly in the middle of a set of train tracks.

Video shows two cops then noticing an oncoming train blaring its horn. Neither attempts to help the woman in the squad car. Then as you'd expect, catastrophe strikes.

The train demolishes the car with the suspect still inside. Miraculously, Yareni survived. This after suffering nine broken ribs, broken arm, fractured sternum, along with a plethora of other injuries.

The officer who trapped her in his death vehicle has been put on paid leave as an investigation continues. As for Yareni, she has obtained legal counsel and plans to file suit.
