Dramatic footage captures a 21 year old male suspect overpowering and grabbing a Victorville, Ca Officer's gun. The man began shooting at the officer, narrowly missing her as she fled the scene unharmed. After ignoring responding officers commands to drop the gun, the suspect was shot, but is expected to make a full recovery.
