Bungie announced a program at their offices to give more resources to Black employees (which you can read more about here).

But players are so pissed about issues with the recent DLC for Destiny 2 that they got pissed at Bungie for spending any energy on anything other than solely fixing the game.

Naturally people chose to read Bungie's move as ignorantly as possible, which led to some stupid arguments like this.
