The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has been out for a week and the fine gamers of the internet have been pulling double shifts at the meme factory. 

The follow-up to the massively successful The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) has set the gaming world ablaze, and not only because people are building giant robots that shoot fire from their dicks, or torturing Koroks. 

So far, some of the standout memes would make the Crusaders green with envy, as players have been crucifying characters known as 'Koroks' and parading them around Hyrule. 

Nintendo has undoubtedly done it again. Totk is currently the frontrunner for Game of the Year. And not just because the memes are fire, which they most certainly are.
